I didn’t know what I signed-up for.

Training room 1 in the delta building of UP Ayala techno hub was sprayed with blood of various people a while ago. The AT&T U-verse account agents were blasted with the tools that they were supposed to use on the floor come transition and actual floor days. Damn.

So there you have it. Everybody from our class had an info overload a while ago during our product specific training. We were taught 16 different softwares to manage our job when we get to the floor and it wasn’t a pretty figure. From simple troubleshooting steps to the member account whatever, everything was complicated, not to mention technical jargon loaded.
Sigh. I hope our wave gets to pass everything like CCT, ’cause man, the new training is one hell of a train wreck.
